Service Terms & Conditions
NASPO ValuePoint customers will receive a discount of 8% off Ciara’s published rates.
- Ciara’s Base Rates are available during normal business hours; 8AM to 6PM, Monday – Friday, except for National or State Holidays.
- OT/Priority and Weekend rates are charged for services performed outside of the hours that base rates are available.
- Block A rates require a purchase and scheduling of a single block of 8 hours, to be delivered during a single visit and during normal business hours.
- Block B rates require a purchase and scheduling of multiple blocks of 8 hours, to be delivered over consecutive days (M-F), and during normal business hours.
